A genuinely interesting early R35 GT-R Black Edition with an unusually comprehensive service-book history spanning Nissan main dealers, Middlehurst Motorsport, Litchfield Imports and Anglia Performance Centre.
The car has been maintained from virtually new, beginning with its GT-R-specific 1,000-mile inspection at Middlehurst Motorsport in July 2009, followed by repeated Nissan maintenance through Ancaster, West Way and Sandicliffe.
In 2013 it also visited Litchfield Imports, with the service book recording a gearbox update and Stage Two ECU work.
Importantly, the service history also provides documentary evidence explaining the apparent mileage discrepancy visible in the car's MOT history. A replacement speedometer was fitted early in the vehicle's life, and the service book specifically records “speedo been changed” on 17 March 2013. The advertised mileage reflects the vehicle's documented total mileage rather than simply the replacement odometer reading.
Later maintenance has continued with GT-R specialist Anglia Performance Centre, with stamped visits in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2025 and most recently 27 March 2026.
On a first-generation R35, this is exactly the type of provenance we want to see. The history doesn't simply consist of a few stamps. It provides a traceable story of the car from its initial running-in maintenance through Nissan main dealers and respected GT-R specialists.
